Legal Notice
Version of September 22, 2026
This notice says who is behind this review and how the site relates to the brand it covers. It also works as our disclaimer: the part of the page about accuracy, advice and liability explains what you can and cannot rely on when you read us. The rules for using the site as a whole are in our Terms of Use, and the two documents are meant to be read together.
Publisher
- Publisher: [Publisher name]
- Address: [Postal address]
- Email: write to the publisher
Email is the only contact channel. We do not take phone calls and there is no contact form; the Contact page explains what we can help with and how fast we reply. Letters sent to the postal address are read too, but they take far longer to reach the people who write the review, so for anything time-sensitive an email is the better choice.
Who answers for the content
The publisher named above is responsible for the texts, pictures and code on this site. Individual reviewers work on the pages, yet the publisher carries the editorial responsibility for everything that goes live, including corrections and removals.
Nature of the site
This is an editorial website that reviews Zoccer Casino and the Zoccer sportsbook for readers in Canada. It is not a gambling site. Every reference to registering, depositing, claiming a bonus or withdrawing describes what happens on Zoccer's own site, under Zoccer's own terms.
What we do
- We test the brand the way a new player would and write up what we find.
- We read the bonus terms, cashier limits and verification rules and explain them in plain English.
- We compare the brand's own figures with independent sources and note where they differ.
- We point readers to free help if gambling stops being fun.
What we do not do
- We offer no games and take no bets.
- We open no accounts, so there is no login and nothing to register for.
- We accept no money, hold no balances and process no payments.
- We do not act on behalf of any operator or speak for one.
Who the site is written for
The English version is written for adult readers in Canada outside Ontario, with amounts in Canadian dollars and help lines that work here. Italian and German versions exist for readers in those languages. Each version describes the same brand, but the figures that depend on the market, such as minimum deposits or withdrawal caps, can differ between them, so rely on the version meant for where you live.
The operator is a third party
Zoccer is operated by Casolinia Group under an offshore licence issued in Anjouan. Casolinia Group is a separate company with no ownership link to the publisher of this site. We cannot act for it, speak for it or change anything about a player's account, and it cannot change anything about ours.
The licence and why no number is shown
We do not publish a licence number because the brand does not show one we could verify. Printing a number we could not confirm would give readers false comfort. An offshore licence means the rules that protect you are mainly the operator's own terms and the conditions set by the licensing authority in Anjouan, which are lighter than those of a Canadian provincial regulator. We think a player should know that before signing up, and we say it on the review page as well.
Ontario and the provincial markets
Zoccer is not registered with iGaming Ontario and does not accept players from Ontario. It is not a Canadian provincial gaming platform either. Other provinces run their own lottery and gaming sites, and the rules on offshore play differ from one province to the next. Readers are responsible for checking what the law where they live allows. If you are in Ontario, please use only sites registered with iGaming Ontario.
Look-alike sites
Some websites use a name close to Zoccer's and claim licences the brand itself does not hold. We review the brand run by Casolinia Group and nothing else. If a site calling itself Zoccer shows you a different operator or a Canadian licence, treat it with caution and compare it with what we describe here.
Editorial independence
Our reviewers decide what goes into the review and how it is worded. The operator does not see texts before publication and has no right to approve or change them. We describe the weak points of the brand as plainly as the strong ones, such as the daily withdrawal cap and the offshore licence. When the brand's own pages and independent sources give different figures, we say so and use the more cautious one.
How a page is checked
- A reviewer goes through the lobby, sportsbook and cashier on a laptop and on a phone.
- The bonus terms, limits and verification rules are read line by line and compared with at least one independent source.
- Anything the brand states without proof, such as a payout speed, is described as the brand's claim rather than as our finding.
- The page receives the date of that check, and the date changes each time the facts are checked again.
When we get something wrong
Mistakes happen, and operators change their terms without telling review sites. When a reader or our own recheck finds an error, we correct the text and update the page's date. The process is described in more detail on the Contact page.
Affiliate relationship
Links to Zoccer pass through /tunnel/ and are affiliate links. When a reader opens an account after following one, the publisher may earn a commission from the operator. This is how the site is paid for, and we would rather say it openly than hide it in small print.
What the commission does not change
- It does not depend on what we write, and the operator cannot buy a better verdict.
- It does not change the offer, the wagering rules or any other terms a player receives.
- It costs you nothing: you pay the same as someone who types the brand's address by hand.
- It does not give us any access to your Zoccer account or your personal details.
If you prefer not to use an affiliate link, you can reach Zoccer by any other route. The review stays the same either way.
Disclaimer
We write the review with care and date every check, yet what we publish is information, not a guarantee. Please read this part before you act on anything you find here.
Figures can change
Bonus rules, withdrawal limits, payment methods and game lists belong to the operator and can change at any time. A figure that was correct on the day we checked it may be out of date on the day you read it. The terms shown in Zoccer's cashier and on its promotions page on the day you play are the ones that apply to you. Where the brand's text and ours differ, the brand's text binds you, so check it before each deposit.
Examples and calculations
Some pages walk through a deposit, a bonus or a wagering requirement with round numbers. Those are worked examples meant to show how a rule operates. Your own result depends on the games you choose, their contribution to wagering, the order of your bets and luck, so the outcome in your account will almost never match the example to the dollar. Treat the arithmetic as a way to understand the terms, and treat the terms themselves as the final word.
No advice of any kind
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or betting advice. No review can promise that you will win. Casino games and sports bets are built with a house margin, which means that over time players as a group lose more than they win, and any money you stake can be lost. Tips about bonuses or cashier limits describe how the rules work; they are not a strategy for profit.
Limits of our liability
Everything here is offered in the form you see it. As far as Canadian law permits, no liability sits with us for losses you suffer from playing at Zoccer, from a decision the operator takes about your account, from a payment that is delayed or refused, or from relying on information that has since changed. Nothing in this notice limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.
Availability of the site
We try to keep every page online and working on common browsers and phones. We cannot promise that the site will never be down, slow or briefly out of date, and we may change, move or remove pages without notice.
Links to other sites
Besides Zoccer, we link to a few help organisations such as ConnexOntario, Gambling Support BC and the Responsible Gambling Council. These sites are run by others. We are responsible for our own texts; we are not responsible for the content of Zoccer's site or of the organisations we link to, which their owners run and update. A link is not an endorsement of everything a site publishes. If we learn that a linked page has become unlawful or misleading, we remove the link.
Trademarks and content
Zoccer, its logo and the names of games and studios mentioned in the review are the property of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the products under review, and their use does not suggest any partnership beyond the affiliate relationship described above.
The texts, illustrations and code of this site belong to the publisher, as set out in the Terms of Use. Short quotations with a link back to the page are welcome. Copying whole pages, republishing the review elsewhere or scraping the site needs our written permission, which you can ask for by email.
Age and responsible gambling
The content is intended for adults: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). If you are under the legal age in your province, please leave the site.
Gambling can become a problem for anyone, whatever their income or experience. Free and confidential help is available from ConnexOntario on 1‑866‑531‑2600 and Gambling Support BC on 1‑888‑795‑6111. Our Responsible Gambling page lists the limits and self-exclusion tools inside a Zoccer account, blocking software and help for family members, so you can decide in advance how you want to play.
Complaints about the site
If you think something on this site is wrong, misleading or infringes your rights, send us an email with the page address and what you believe should change. We look at every complaint, check it against the sources and tell you what we decided.
Complaints we cannot handle
Complaints about a Zoccer account, a payout, a verification check or a bonus have to go to Zoccer itself, since we have no access to them. Start with the brand's live chat and keep a copy of the conversation. If that does not solve the problem, the operator's own complaints procedure is set out in its terms.
Related documents and changes
This notice is updated when the publisher's details, the affiliate relationship or the facts about the operator change. The version date at the top shows the current text. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and browser storage is explained in the Cookie Policy. For anything this page does not answer, email the review team and we will reply within two working days.
