Contact
Version of September 24, 2026
The fastest way to reach the people who write this review is a short email: write to the review team. We read every message ourselves; there is no call centre and no bot on the other end. This page explains what we can help with, what has to go to Zoccer instead, and what to put in a message so we can answer it on the first try.
How to reach us
Email is our only channel. We have no phone line and no contact form, so no page on this site will ask you to type personal details.
- Email: send us an email
- Language: English, Italian or German, the three languages of this review
- Reply time: within 2 working days, Monday to Friday
Messages that are not from us
If you receive a message claiming to come from us that asks for a password, a card number or a payment, it is not from us. We never ask for money, never offer bonuses of our own and never contact readers first with an offer from Zoccer. Delete such a message, and if it uses our name, forward it to us so we can warn other readers.
Why there is no form
A form would mean storing what people type on our server. Email keeps things simpler: you choose what to send, you keep a copy in your own outbox, and we handle less personal information. It also means you can attach a screenshot, which is often the quickest way to show us a problem.
What we can help with
We are happy to hear from readers, players, other publishers and anyone who has spotted something we missed.
Errors and questions about the review
- An error in the review: a bonus figure, a limit, a payment method or a date that no longer matches the brand's site.
- A question about how we reached a conclusion, or about our methodology.
- A broken link or a page that does not display properly on your device.
Privacy requests
Whatever personal details we keep about you can be shown to you, fixed or erased on request. The details, including the 30-day reply period, are in our Privacy Policy. Writing from the same address you used before helps us confirm the request comes from you.
Reuse, press and partnerships
- Permission to quote or reuse our texts beyond a short passage with a link.
- Press enquiries about the review or the brand.
- Partnership enquiries. Please note that a partnership never includes a say over our verdict.
Quoting the review
Short passages can be quoted without asking, as long as you link back to the page you took them from. For anything longer, a translation or use in print, email us with the pages you have in mind and where the text will appear.
Your own experience at Zoccer
Played there recently? Tell us how it went, good or bad. A smooth withdrawal is as useful to hear about as a slow one, and first-hand reports help us decide what to recheck. We do not publish your message or your name without asking you first, and we never treat a single story as proof on its own.
What only Zoccer can solve
We are an independent review, not the operator. We have no access to Zoccer accounts and cannot see balances, bets or documents. That means we cannot help with:
- logging in, password resets or a locked account;
- deposits, withdrawals or a payout that is taking longer than expected;
- verification documents and ID checks;
- bonus crediting, wagering progress or a cancelled bonus;
- limits, cooling-off or self-exclusion on your account.
For all of these, contact Zoccer's own support through the live chat on the brand's site, which is open 24/7 in English and French.
Getting a quick answer from live chat
- Have your username and the date and amount of the transaction ready.
- Describe the problem in one or two sentences before adding detail.
- Ask for a reference or ticket number if the agent passes the matter on.
- Save the chat transcript or take screenshots before you close the window.
If the chat does not solve it
Keep the transcript and any screenshots; those records are what you will need for a formal complaint to Casolinia Group. The operator's complaints procedure is described in its terms. You are welcome to tell us about the outcome, too. We cannot step in on your behalf, but patterns in what readers report help us describe the brand fairly, and a recurring problem may end up in the review.
Withdrawals that seem slow
Before you write to anyone, check two things that cause most delays: whether your account is fully verified and whether your request is within the daily limit, which starts at C$750. Our review explains how long each payment method usually takes once a request is approved.
Writing a useful message
- Give the address of the page you are writing about.
- Quote the sentence or figure that you believe is wrong.
- Tell us where you saw the correct information, with a link or a screenshot if you have one.
- Mention the date you saw it, since the brand's pages change often.
A subject line such as "Error on the bonus section" or "Privacy request" helps us route your message quickly. You do not need to give your full name; a first name or none at all is fine.
What not to send
Please do not send us your Zoccer password, card numbers or ID documents. We do not need them and will delete them if they arrive. The same goes for bank statements, crypto wallet keys and photos of your cards. If a screenshot shows your balance or account number, cover those parts before you attach it.
Reply times and what happens next
We reply within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive at the weekend or on a public holiday are read on the next working day.
Simple questions
A question about a figure, a page or our method usually gets a full answer in the first reply.
Reports that need checking
When a report means we have to recheck the brand, the first reply confirms we have it and tells you what we are checking. The final answer follows once the check is done, usually within a few working days.
Messages in Italian or German
You can write in any of the three languages of the site. We answer in the language you used, which may add a little time for the Italian and German versions.
Corrections policy
When a reader reports an error, we check it against the brand's current pages and at least one independent source. If the report is right, we fix the text and update the page's version date, usually within a few working days.
- A change that affects what a player gets, such as a wagering requirement or a withdrawal limit, is corrected first.
- Smaller points, such as a renamed menu item or a moved button, follow in the next update.
- If the brand and independent sources disagree, we say so on the page and use the more cautious figure.
How you can see the change
Every page shows the date it was last checked. After a correction, that date moves forward, so you can tell at a glance whether your report has been applied. If a fix changes a figure that appears on several pages, we update all of them together rather than one at a time, which keeps the review consistent.
Our answer to you
We reply to tell you what we changed, or why we kept the original wording. Commercial requests to change our verdict are declined; the affiliate relationship described in the Legal Notice does not buy a better review.
Problems with the site itself
If a page looks broken, loads slowly or behaves oddly on your device, we want to know. These reports are among the easiest to fix when they come with a little detail.
Display and loading issues
- The device and browser you used, for example an Android phone with Chrome or a Mac with Safari.
- The page address and the section where the problem appears.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
- Whether the problem goes away after a refresh or in a private window.
Accessibility
We aim for pages that work with a keyboard, a screen reader and enlarged text. If something gets in your way, such as a button you cannot reach, text that is hard to read against its background or a picture without a useful description, tell us which page it is on. Accessibility reports are treated like corrections that affect players and are handled first.
The cookie banner
If the banner keeps coming back or will not save your choice, try the "Cookie settings" button in the footer first. When that does not help, write to us with your browser name; the Cookie Policy explains what the banner stores.
Questions readers often ask
Can you get my bonus or winnings released?
No. Only Zoccer can see your account, and we have no special line to the operator. Live chat is the right place, and the steps above will help you get a faster answer.
Can I play at Zoccer from Ontario?
Zoccer is not registered with iGaming Ontario and does not accept players from Ontario. Readers there should use sites registered with iGaming Ontario.
Why does the review not show a licence number?
The brand does not publish one we could verify. We name the licence as Anjouan and the operator as Casolinia Group, and the Legal Notice explains why we leave the number out.
Can I advertise on the site or pay for a review?
You can ask about partnerships by email. We do not sell reviews, rankings or changes to a verdict, and any partnership is disclosed in the Legal Notice.
What happens to your email
Your message is read by the review team and used only to answer you or to check the point you raised. We do not add your address to a mailing list, we send no newsletters, and we never pass your details to Zoccer or Casolinia Group. Correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed, and at the latest 12 months after the last message. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time; the details are in our Privacy Policy.
If gambling is the problem
If you are writing because gambling has got out of hand, you do not need to wait for our reply. ConnexOntario answers on 1‑866‑531‑2600 and Gambling Support BC on 1‑888‑795‑6111, both free and confidential. Zoccer's live chat can switch on a limit, a cooling-off break or self-exclusion on your account straight away.
Our Responsible Gambling page lists more help, blocking software and the full set of tools available in your Zoccer account. Content on this site is for adults only: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).
