Privacy Policy

Version of September 18, 2026

This review collects very little about you, and we would like to keep it that way. Below is everything this site handles, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): collect only what is needed, say what it is for, keep it safe and let people see it.

Most privacy policies are long because the sites behind them collect a lot. Ours is long for the opposite reason: we would rather explain each small item properly than leave you wondering what a technical word hides.

Who is responsible

The publisher named in our Legal Notice is responsible for personal information handled by this site. For privacy questions, please write to us by email. The same people who write the review answer those messages, so there is no separate department to be passed between.

We are not Zoccer. If you open an account at Zoccer, the information you give there is handled by Casolinia Group under Zoccer's own privacy policy, and we never see it. That includes your name, date of birth, address, verification documents, payment details and betting history.

What we handle

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the response code, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use these logs to keep the site running, to find broken links and to stop abuse such as automated attacks. We do not combine them with other data to build a profile of you, and we do not try to work out who is behind an IP address.

A single log line is dull reading: a timestamp, a numeric address, the page path, a three-digit status code and a string naming your browser and operating system. Its value lies in patterns, such as hundreds of requests a second from one address, or a page that keeps returning an error.

Your cookie choice

When you answer the cookie banner, your answer is saved in your own browser's local storage under the key zc_consent, so the banner does not ask again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Your language

The language you picked is kept in session storage under zc_l and is cleared when you close the tab.

Emails you send

If you email the review team, we receive your address, your name if you give it and whatever the message contains. We use it only to reply and, where you point out an error, to check and correct the review. You decide how much to tell us; a correction needs nothing more than the page and the figure in question.

Your address is never added to a mailing list. We send no newsletters and no promotional messages, and a question about a bonus figure will not lead to offers landing in your inbox. Keep in mind that your own email provider keeps its copy of what you send us, under its own policy; deleting our copy does not remove that one.

Why we handle it

PIPEDA asks organisations to name their purposes before collecting anything. Ours are few, and each item above serves one of them:

  • delivering pages to your browser and keeping the server secure, which needs the short technical logs;
  • remembering the answer you gave the cookie banner, so you are not asked on every page;
  • opening the review in the language you chose while the tab is open;
  • answering your messages and fixing the review when a reader finds a mistake.

We rely on your consent for all of this. For the logs, consent is implied by requesting a page, since no website can be delivered without them. For email, you give it by writing to us. For browser storage, you give it through the banner, and the essential keys are explained there before anything optional is switched on. We will not use any of this information for a new purpose without telling you first.

What we do not collect

  • There are no accounts, no forms and no input fields on this site, so we ask you for nothing.
  • We take no payments and never see card, bank or crypto wallet details.
  • We load no third-party scripts, ads, social widgets or embedded videos. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so opening a page does not tell a font provider you were here.
  • Analytics and marketing tools run only if you consent to them, and today none are installed. Only essential storage is used.

We also do not ask for, or want, sensitive details such as health information, government ID numbers or financial records. If you include something like that in an email by mistake, tell us and we will delete it straight away.

When you follow a link to Zoccer

Following a link to Zoccer takes you through our /tunnel/ address to the operator's site. From that moment Zoccer's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.

What the operator can see

Because the link is an affiliate link, the operator can tell that your visit started on our review. That is how a commission is attributed if you register. We do not send the operator your email address, your name or anything else we might know about you from correspondence, and we receive no personal information back about what you do in your account.

Reading Zoccer's own policy

Before you register, it is worth opening the brand's privacy policy and cookie policy, usually linked in the footer of its site. They explain what Casolinia Group collects for identity checks, payments and responsible gambling tools, how long it keeps that data and how to make a request to it directly. Requests about your Zoccer account have to go to the operator, since only it holds that information.

How long we keep it

  • Server logs: up to 30 days, then deleted, unless a specific log entry is needed to investigate an attack.
  • Emails: as long as the conversation needs, and no more than 12 months after the last message.
  • The two browser keys: you control them, and clearing your site data removes them.

When a retention period ends, the data is deleted rather than archived. A log entry kept for an investigation is deleted as soon as that investigation is finished.

Sharing and safeguards

Who processes data for us

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only parties who may process it for us are the companies that host the site and deliver our email, and they may use it only to provide that service. If one of those providers stores data outside Canada, the information is protected by our agreement with that provider, but it may also be accessible to authorities under the law of the country where it is stored.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who run the site, and connections to this site are encrypted. We keep the amount of data small on purpose, since information that is never collected cannot leak. We would disclose information to authorities only where Canadian law requires it, and we would hand over no more than the request covers. Informal requests, such as a phone call from someone claiming to act for an operator or an investigator, are refused.

If something goes wrong

Should a breach of our safeguards ever create a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you as soon as we can, report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as PIPEDA requires, and keep a record of what happened and what we changed afterwards.

What you can ask us to do

On request we show you the personal details we keep, correct them, or erase them after you withdraw consent, unless a law makes us keep them. We answer within 30 days. Making a request costs nothing.

How to make a request

  1. Send us an email saying what you would like: a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion.
  2. If you wrote to us before from another address, mention it so we can find the earlier messages.
  3. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you, for example by replying from the same address.
  4. We carry out the request and reply to confirm what we did, or explain why part of it could not be done.

Please do not send ID documents to prove who you are; a reply from the address you used is enough. Because we cannot link a log line to a named person, a request about server logs needs the IP address and the approximate time of your visit.

If you are not satisfied

Should our reply leave the matter open, a complaint can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We would still like to hear from you first, since most concerns can be settled with one clear reply.

The PIPEDA principles on a small site

PIPEDA is built on ten fair information principles. Some of them were written with banks and retailers in mind, yet each still has a concrete meaning for a review with no accounts:

  • Accountability: one publisher, named in the Legal Notice, answers for everything on this page.
  • Identifying purposes and consent: the four purposes above are the only ones, and each has a matching form of consent.
  • Limiting collection: no forms and no tracking tools means the list of data stays short.
  • Limiting use, disclosure and retention: nothing is reused for marketing, nothing is sold, and each item has a fixed period.
  • Accuracy: if you tell us your email address has changed, we reply to the new one and note the change.
  • Safeguards: encrypted connections, restricted access and as little stored data as possible.
  • Openness: this page is the full description, written so that it can be read in one sitting.
  • Individual access and challenging compliance: the request steps above, and the Commissioner if our answer does not settle it.

Small habits that protect you further

Our part is to collect little. A few habits on your side keep your privacy tight across every gambling site you visit, including Zoccer:

  • On a shared computer, close the tab when you finish reading and clear site data if you do not want the next person to see your language or cookie choice.
  • Use a strong, unique password for any casino account and switch on two-step login where the operator offers it.
  • Treat any email that claims to come from this review and asks for a password, card number or payment as fake. We never ask for those.
  • When you email us about an error, leave out account numbers and screenshots that show your balance or personal details.

Minors

This site is written for adults (19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec)) and is not aimed at children. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it. Parents who want to keep gambling sites away from a child's device will find blocking tools listed on our Responsible Gambling page.

Changes to this policy

New features on the site mean a new version of this text, and the date at the top tells you which one you are reading. If we ever add a statistics or marketing tool, this page and the Cookie Policy will name it before it runs, and it will load only for visitors who agree. Browser storage is covered in more detail in the Cookie Policy, and the rules for using the site are in our Terms of Use.
